Yes, absolutely! All our vitamin supplements are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors. Every product comes in its original sealed packaging with proper batch numbers, expiry dates, and authenticity holograms. We never sell counterfeit or fake products.

In the USA, the FDA regulates dietary supplements as food, not drugs. While the FDA does not “approve” individual supplements, our products are manufactured in FDA-registered facilities that follow cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure safety and purity.

Supplements are sensitive to heat and humidity, especially in Bangladesh. We store all our inventory in a temperature-controlled, moisture-free environment to maintain the potency and shelf-life of every capsule until it reaches your door.

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh (for deliveries outside Dhaka, you must pay the delivery charge in advance). You can pay in cash when you receive your products. This is our most popular payment method as it gives you complete confidence – you only pay after receiving and inspecting your order.

For Cash on Delivery, you are welcome to check the outer packaging and seal of the product in the presence of the delivery agent. However, for safety and hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned once the inner security seal is broken.

No advance payment is required for COD orders. However, for online payment methods (bKash/Nagad), you need to pay in advance. After payment, please send us the transaction ID for verification.
